Langkawi Pasir Tengkorak or Skeleton Beach is locally known as the Mysterious Beach. This splendid public beach is located on the north of Pulau Langkawi, It is a nice and quiet beach on the road to Datai Beach.From Skeleton beach you have a great view on Tarutao Island in Thailand. In the back you can even see Lipe Island. The name skeleton beach comes from the history when pirates roamed these seas.
