Beautifully presented with fresh season ingredients. The favourite of the night was fresh angel hair pasta with spanner crab, tomato and a hint of chilli, the main of sliced duck breast confit leg. Decidedly unimpressed, was looking forward to a 'dining experience' and instead found reasonable (not exceptional) food and substandard service. Please don't let this be the best Hobart has to offer.
