Rookwood Necropolis is 11 miles west of Sydney, its perimeter bounded by the suburbs of Lidcombe, Flemington, Strathfield and Chullora. It can be reached by road by following the Great Western Highway (Parramatta Road) from Sydney. After travelling 10 miles turn south into Marlborough Road which continues direct to the cemetery.
