Go water balling at the Samui Water ball park. If you haven't tried this before, try it as long as you have no medical conditions. You get inside a huge transparent silicone ball. A system of pulleys hoist the ball and you, inside it to the top of the ramp. The fun starts as the ball with you inside it rolls down a huge slide. Hamster ride!
