Situated right in the middle of the main shopping bazaar of Tiruchirappalli, with the Rockfort temples a few feet away, looming in the horizon, Sri Lakshmi Nivas is one of the better places in town for delicious, wholesome South Indian and local dishes. While North Indian dishes are available and prepared deliciously out here, but since you are in Tiruchirappalli you might want to give the North Indian sampling a break and go straight for the South Indian selections on the menu.
