Sun Valley Golf Club is located at Yalong Bay Sanya Hainan Island which is situated on higher ground overlooking the whole Yalong Bay basin and the second golf club after Yalong Bay Golf Club.
The golf course layout and holes are designed by renowned golf course architect, JMP of California; while the clubhouse is designed by the award-winning architect KTGY of Thailand. This 18 hole, par 73 course has a fairway measuring 7875 yards, a green area of 1350 square meters, and the only one par 6 hole in China with a fairway of 828 yards. Opened in 2004 and designed by golf design company JMP. Green fee is RMB100/18 holes.
