A sushi train made up to look like the Kuranda Railway, this place is popular but not wildly busy. The tempura seems to get more attention than the sushi or sashimi. Sushi Express chugged into town long before its identical twin, Sushi Train arrived. It serves delightful little Japanese treats on a genuine miniture train upstairs at Orchid Plaza.
