About

Set in the sub-soi of Soi 11 where you might otherwise go to seek the watering hole Cheap Charlie's or the pub environs of The Pickled Liver, is this cool, laid back cafe serving Spanish tapas. It opens for lunch making it a nice place to do business but stays open long into the night when the sangria and other drinks become as popular as the food. There is no stereotypical barrels and kitschy Spanish decor -- nothing of bull fighting or Picasso -- just exposed concrete, some colorful splashes of art and music with a bit life to the party (think Latin world music from flamenco to salsa). Besides both traditional and creative modern tapas choices, the menu also includes paella, stews, soups and a dessert menu (flan!). The specials change weekly. Happy hour runs before 7 pm daily with specials to go along with it. Set lunches will set you back just under 300 baht. Wine is available by the glass. Check out their newer location down in Silom Soi 4!
