Natalie and Bevan Collin opened 'Taste' in April 2008, in the village of sunny Sawtell, just south of Coffs Harbour.
This quaint little restaurant, at the dining end of leafy First Avenue, offers modern Australian cuisine, including vegetarian and gluten free options.
