The family's first restaurant in Australia established in 1984 and since has been past down from two family generations of Traditional Hong Kong Cuisine cooking. They may have moved on to a smaller restaurant but their menu still holds over 300 recipes. This does not include the various off the menu specials and their chef's own homemade recipes. Oh, and the Pork Belly Hot Pot recipe that was passed on from their father.
