Torre del Reloj is one of the symbols of Popayan city, is called the nose of Popayan & is located in the most central street of the city, leaving the square in front of Caldas, main plaza of Popayan; is beside the cathedral basilica, which is hard to see a piece in the picture. The tower was built between 1673 and 1682 under the direction of Bishop Christopher Bernaldo de Quiroz.
