Utopia is a place to meet with friends, relax, play guitar, watch the sunset across the river, but mainly just relax. There's a wooden deck built over the cliff's edge and people end up just laying down on one of the futons, order a drink, and chill out while watching the river. Yoga classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursdays at 7:30am for 30,000 kip.
