The Dal Lake is one of the most Famous Lakes in India . It lies in the heart of the city of Srinagar, the summer capital of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.It is located on the eastern end of the city. The largest expanse of the Dal, the Bod-Dal, has privately owned 'bathing boats' which hire out motor launches, water-skies and trained instructors.
