Using the essential elements of Asian cuisine in a delicate and carefully crafted manner, the menu at Wild Duck is a compilation of fine cuisine, featuring dishes like yu xiang pork - stir fried strips of lean pork backstrap, bamboo shoots and wood ear mushroom in traditionally prepared spicy Yu Xiang chilli, garlic and vinegar sauce, with a side of fried Mantou bread.
