Swami Yogananda orignates from near to the source of the Ganges, and has been studying traditional Hatha yoga since the age of seven. He lived in retreat for a number of years. For the last six years he has divided his time between the Manali ashram and South Goa, teaching yoga to beginners and advanced students alike.His lessons are made up of a combination of pranayama, asanas and mediatation for all levels.
