I booked Thailand tour with TripFactory for 8N-9D. It was really nice experience since starting. My trip coordinator Ms. Priyanka gave proper response to all my queries and had customised tour in very well manner.
Every thing promised in the itinerary was provided during the tour.
The ground support team during the tour was responsive and gave support on Telegram group created for my tour.
Very good clarity on what is included and what is not is given in itinerary.
Various payment options are available on their online portal.

I travelled before with TripFactory in 2019, I travelled now in 2023. As usual my plans are adhoc. I wanted to travel in the month of April or May, but due to superb heat wanted to reschedule my holiday in July, Thanks to Kajal Jain for patiently listening to my adhoc plans and suggest good package with great discounts.
Once you land to your destiny with the itinerary, you are already invited to a telegram chat group with 247 support which you may have queries regarding your cab schedule or driver number or cab number so and so. No delay in responses on telegram as well, all agents are well communicated and stay alert to respond to your queries. Thanks one more time to all the TripFactory team.

It was real a good trip and worth for money paid.

We enjoyed lot.

Comfortable every day travel and site seen schedule.

Indian Food was also good with taste of local pasta and Pizzas.

Only Hotel in Austria was a issue, that hotel was not a even B&B type hotel.

The arrangement was lovely.
The Private Transfers were smooth and no delays in schedules.
The Hotel Location was at Prime Junctions and the Itinerary was nicely setup to provide adventure, entertainment and adequate rest at the same time.
The co-ordination was prompt with prior intimation about the next day schedule.

Few things here and there did happen, fortunately they were teething issues (Nothing major)

Overall my Europe trip was good. The support from Ashwini was SIMPLY SUPERB. Some minor improvements will help attract more customers though -
1. Cut down the travel distance between hotel and restaurant/s. Too much time was wasted in this to/fro travel.
2. Reduce the internal transfer times - opt for a speed train whereever available. Eg- London to Paris travel took whole day by bus.
3. Any deviations from the confirmed itinerary should be discussed with the customers and should not be the discretion of only the TOUR MANAGER !!
4. Indian food is not just Punjabi food..Have variation to include both North and South Indian food.
5. Final Itinerary, flight tickets, etc should be issued atleast 4-5 days in advance rather than running around on the day of travel..
6. Few of the places can be avoided - like Liechienstein city tour by toy train, Amsterdam river cruise time can be reduced..

all in all good trip everyone was friendly phuket and karbi very good car timing was not right in bangkok..... very nice ..ESPECIALLY THANKS SHAYAD SIR FOR GOOD GUIDANCE COOPERATION --- My mo no 9425522026

The itenery with the plannng on flights were excellent. Team were very prompt on reverts before/ post booking and on the trip too.
Few points where we have suggestion to improve are as follows:
1) Room type was changed on 7th Itenery just prior to our confimation of booking which we did not noticed same time, this seemed unprofessional to me, but we realised it 2 days prior to Journey, we brought this to notice of sales person, but it was late.(rooms shown in 1st to 5th itenery changed on 7th itenery which even we did not check so minutely)
2) People travel to get relaxed and out of hectic routine of office. On the first night of travel, we were informed about next day morning preponement of pick up timing at 6 20am inspite of itenery specified 7 30am, after long chat discussion ,it was decided to pick 7 am but still driver was sent to us to pick up ay 620 am.(we spent lot of time in discussion rather enjoying the trip and this happened the first day itself so we were not knowing how it will go ahead for 8 more days, by gods grace, it went well. But we want to bring this point to attention of Trip Factory so they can improve.
3) Half day phuket city tour should cover old phuket town as apart from Tiger, other itenery was not so great.

My journey with trip factory has completed 7 years and entered 8th year,
I went on this Europe trip with my family, I was very comfortable, we enjoyed the food a lot, our guide Anirudh took good care of us in Europe,
Given hotel far away from the city in Paris, so we had to pay an extra charge of 40 Euros per person to view the Eiffel tower at night( 100% Business idea ). 4 star hotel is given only in Netherlands,
The rest of the trip was very pleasant.
This Europe trip booking and visa, flight bookings every thing did not bother us because of Prakash, thank you Prakash and tripfactory management.
Finally we are very happy. I think our next journey will be with Prakash with tripfactory 🙏🙏🙏🙏🤝🤝🤝🙏🙏🙏🙏

* Except the price, services, quality, and everything was quite good.

It was a good to travel with Tripfactory again. Just hotel at Pahalgam could have been better.

Trip was excellent.
English speaking Drivers would add more velue to the Trip.
Telegram System ,i was not familiar with.Some training on the use of Telegram would help the customer to enjoy the trip more peacefully.

EVERYTHING WAS WELL ARRANGED HOTELS WERE AT GREAT LOCATION & WITH COMFORTABLE STAY ONLY ISSUE WAS WITH CAR ARRANGED IT WAS QUITE OLD WITH ALMOST 1.80LAKH KMS DRIVEN

Amazing experience....!! Well managed internal travels and activities. We didn't face any issues or challenges in all 7 days. I surely recommend trip factory to my relatives and friends.

Very good planning and coordination. Hotel choices could have been better as some of the hotels were at far off locations and accessibility to tourist places and beaches was a issue.

Could improve on the suggestions and knowledge about the places so they can recommend better to their clients.

This was our fourth trip with Trip Factory Travels and it lived up to our very high expectations. This time It was a wonderfully organized trip with immediate response for query in Telegram.
