What was good: Trip was wonderful and everything was as planned. Trip Factory was in connect with us on everytime. Driver and representatives all were good.

What can be good: Atleast cold drink or water bottles should have been provided during sightseeing. Any Upgrade charges should be provided upfront so that we can prepare ourself. Non prime time of burj khalifa should have been told early. Location of hotel could have been better as it was very far from sightseeings.

The was organized well, I didn't have to worry about cabs and day trip. The support was also very quick and responsive. To be honest the trip was more suited for family vacation but still the itenary and the whole end to end process was smooth. Thanks for organizing the trip. Just one feedback that you should show the customer the fair break ups i.e how much was spent on flights and hotels and all. And also it should be informed before about tipping the guides beforehand.

Hi, first I would like to say thanks to Sri.Mario and Madam Chaya Kumari both helped us in all respect.Japan trip manager Mr.Srinivas very kind and cooperative.every thing went smooth there heavy rain.only one day no rain, that day we traveled Hiroshima to Osaka.we spent almost in traveling.In Mt Fiji heavy snow fall and rain no vehicles allowed.all the sight seeing as per itinerary.Hotels for lunch and dinner not as per our requirement.worst hotels and food.Once again I would like to say thanks for Mr.Mario and Chayakumari for all the needy help with in time.

I recently did a 6 nights 7 days trip to Bhutan. It was very well organised. I felt so welcomed & respected by everyone including my guide Karma, my driver Sonam & by the hotel staff of various hotels I stayed during my travel. Lilo Oraon my Trip Factory connect went out of her way to make my travel comfortable. Trip Factory did a good job & it was worth every penny.

This was my first international trip. My Advisor, Punith is a very kind and supportive person. He just not only helped me in selecting the relevant itinerary but also explained and supported at each stage throughout the trip. He was reachable just over a message. He was available over chat throughout the trip.

All the tour guides were good except the one (Niharika) who left us at Dubai Mall around 11 PM night because we were just 5 mins late. I understand we should be punctual but it happened. Guides should consider the 10-15 mins buffer. Whatever happened to me on that day was not at all acceptable. My wife got petrified that day because we were alone in an unknown city at 11 pm. Also, her behaviour was not good as she yelled at us in the hotel lobby because according to her we were 5 mins late during morning pickup but in actual we are on time because he came to pick up 15 mins early.

Even though she had left us at Dubai mall, it was Punith who helped us. He urged the management to book a cab for us but luckily i had careem app and i booked the taxi by my own. Punith helped me in getting the refund for the taxi charges.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Punith and the tripfactory.

I went for a family trip to Andaman. The coordination was hassle free. All tickets from flight, ferry, laser show were handed prior with proper instructions. Also the drivers were on time and polite. Shompen hotel room was decent. Inspite of repeated reminders, they didn't make up the ac and tv in one of the two rooms. Food was xotlyyand some stinky smell reception. More places could have been added in the itenary which I felt after going there. Also the drivers refused to stop inbetween for having food and said only they re instructed to drop at the stated destination.

Had an amazing time at Bali with family. Appreciate the customer service, flawless planning and follow up throughout the tripby suman hedge the agent from trip factory.

It was very pleasant trip well organized and what I liked the most is Trip factory teams effort to give you the best experience optimized for time and cost .

Great experience, wonderful trip it was! Everything was well planned and organised by the trip organizer. The staffs are very supportive and helpful. They were easy to reach and were available always over the call.

Overall Experience with Trip Factory was very good. However, last day Pick Up Van came 2 hours before schedule & our co-pax got confused. They also got scared thinking that whether they were late or what.

Otherwise, everything was so systematic, planned so, we enjoyed the trip.

Pick up and drop at Sringar airport by Mr. Bilal in his Tempo traveller was excellent. His driving was good throughout. However he did not drop us at Gulmarg and dropped us at Tunmarg inspite of good road conditions and clear weather.
Hotel Vilasta was good. The rooms were good. Room service and cleanliness was very good.
However the breakfast and lunch was just average. A lot of improvement is required.
Overall the trip was very efficiently planned.

This is my second trip with TripFactory. The trip was well planned and execution was immaculate. There was no instance where we had to call for transport or for day's itinerary. We used to get all the details on the telegram group in a timely manner. The Ashlee hub hotel at Patong was slightly below standard in terms of service. The trip to phi phi island organised by the trip operator could have been better, as a lot of time was wasted on the jetty itself, resulting in just running through all the islands, leaving us little time to enjoy. Rest all the events were very well organised. Mr Arvind who planned the trip was very helpful.

Wonderful experience, I am impressed with all of the team members making our tour successful and happening.
I will surely refer TripsFactory to everyone wondering to come to Andaman.

Our trip to Cambodia had been arranged by TripFactory in March 2024. Overall, we had a memorable and a satisfying trip. We are happy with arrangements done by TripFactory.
Positives about the trip:
1. The itinerary was detailed, stating each and every point (date and time, hotel info, place info). Itinerary was customised according to our interests.
2. In Cambodia, we would get a message the previous day - to be ready at what time and whom to contact.
3. All the drivers and guides provided were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The tuk tuks and cars that were sent were very clean, well maintained. Water and wet wipes were given by them at each stop. Their time sense was spot on too! The guides could Converse in English and were well informed.
4. At Siem Reap, we felt at home as all the hotel staff at the Golden Temple Residence treated us with utmost care and reverence. They tended to all our requests. Being vegetarians, our breakfast included a special veg sandwich (made exclusively for us) on all the 4 days that we stayed there.

Some improvements/suggestions:
1. The floating villages in Kampong Phluk are not operational during dry season. This trip was a bit disappointing as we couldn't get to see the floating markets.
2. The hotel at Phnom Penh - Palace Gate Hotel and Residence - not happy with it. The rooms are spacious and good. But we are not happy with the treatment we got there. We were not given a warm welcome at check-in and the receptionist asked us to deposit an amount of 50 USD.
Also, there were hardly any vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. No one even bothered to check if we ate or not.
Maybe this hotel can be avoided for future bookings.
