It was an amazing experience at the Paradise Island Resort & Spa.

The overall experience was good. The travel and lodging was well arranged.
The driver assigned to us Mr. Shaitan Singh was very good, friendly and informative.
Only the hotel Hawa Mahal in Jaipur was not upto expectations.

Thanking to Tripfactory team, I really enjoyed my trip to kashmir with my family, all are very good arrangements, hotels, cabs and all in all places, really enjoy with out worry, time to time we get all , frist afried about Trip Factory but my thinks are fall, and I must refer my friends also.thankings only again Trip Factory team.

Very well Planned , in love with Grayton Hotel ,it's in the centre of city and we'll connected with different mode of transportation. Pulkit from tripfactory is very helpful .Neha who actually was my FPC helps us a lot ,she is vey polite. Telegram support was very active.

We visited shimla and manali. Mr. Vinay Sharma planned a good package for us. We enjoyed a lot, had a great fun and experience for whole round trip. Trip factory managed all very well. Hotels were also awesome. The Manali INN and the new property of Hotel The Grand Welcome & Spa. both are in 4 star category. Hotel staff were also good. Driver who was with us was also sober and guided us well till our trip ends.
Overall experience was excellent. We all enjoyed.

There was little change in booked flight tickets, that was resolved. Just need be to careful while booking tickets. Trip factory team should also needed to to take care regarding this.

Overall experience with TripFactory was good. I booked the package for Phuket-Krabi-PhiPhi. They offered me the best prices among the agents which I was talking to.

We face only one problem with hotel JP Villa
They did not provide indian and vegitarian food as Thai food was useless for us.
Otherwise all was good and we enjoyed the trip.

Advise for travellers - do a little more research on the hotel before finalising, in some places they do not allow tea and coffee in the room. Just make sure about your specific requirements.
