This was my first time to abroad (dubai)
It was really good ,miss sanchita was very very helpful and cooperative from the day I enquired till the final day of our visit,from flights to pick up and everything in the trip was just smooth and easy going,visas and other confirmation tickets were sent to mail prior to our travel and telegram app was used for information and yes definitely I would recommend trip factory to everyone.thank you.

I had a very good experience with trip factory, all because of my cousin Akshit Roy. I was not sure how to plan my vacation within my budget, but Akshit worked on this with me very patiently. He had to repeatedly work on my plan considering my needs. I am really thankful for his patience and planning my vacation so well. I will definitely refer him in case any of my relatives are planning any holidays.

During the trip, the only thing that I found could have been better is the prior details about the accommodation that I was supposed to get, for example I got a Non AC room at one of the places but my expectation was of an AC room. Although it was resolved the next day when I pointed it out. But still it matters to me.

This year the experience was very good except the driver. He was good human being however he was taking us to the hotels where he wanted to stop. 2 times for a toilet break he took near about an hour to stop. He was showing resistance to the plan made by us especially to the hotels where we wanted to have lunch.

We had an amazing trip @ Thailand 8 days. Thanks to Trip Factory for a hasstle free and perfect trip. Ved Anand (our Trip Factory travel expert) and team resolved any queries immediately. Ved is the best at what he does. Thanks for everything buddy!
Coming to our trip, we were looking for a land and sea package and thus Thailand fit into our bucket perfectly. Our itinerary included Pattaya, Bangkok, Phuket and Krabi islands.

It was the first time my 3 year old daughter to travel on a plane and abroad. We had a marvellous time. Thanks to Naphisaker who was so patient with us in arranging everything and listening and changing hotels according to what we desired. Finally everything was arranged from the pick up to the hotels and going for safaris n beaches...my daughter had a splendid time. As a family it was a worthwhile experienced. Thank you Naphisaker and the entire team of TripFactory who coordinated our journey.

I and my frn went for a trip to Sri Lanka with trip factory. The trip was well planned and organized, our stay was very comfortable with no hassle. Being two girls the trip was completely safe and we did not face any difficulty. Thanks to our travel coordinator Mr Zaid who was always there to answer all our queries and clear our doubts. This was a wonderful experience with trip factory . It was well organised and fortunately we got a very well behaved driver Mr Negi who was kind enough to show all the places patiently and showed us the best shops , restaurants etc with the best deals . would definitely recommend my friends , relatives and colleagues to opt trip factory . Only disappointment was the food at the stay.. Jade vine resort and Sarthak regency should provide more options for food to the customers. And. Customers prefer hot food to be served in cold climate .

That’s the only suggestion.

Hotels and House Boat provided were very good , Nice Cab and Chauffeur. Overall had a good support from the Trip Factory. One good thing was I never called the Trip Factory during my trip, all arrangements were done very well . Thank you making my couple trip memorable.

Over all experience was good .. the hotels booked were pretty good expect for the house boat in allepy .. and the house boat we boarded was in other area named komarkom and not allepy .. so make sure to cover places for which people have booked... and though the house boat was not sharing we got one room which was occupied with furniture and there was no place was extra mattress and after sunset we found all insects which makes impossible to sleep down in the room which doesnt have any space . Just take care of this and really satisfied with everything else.

Could have to give more relaxing time and dinner facilities for couples

It was well planned trip by Poonam Chetry. She was in regular touch to make this trip comfortable and joyable.
We enjoyed the whole trip a lot. We didnt have to bother about other stuff like booking hotels, commute etc, as we were provided all accessory amenities, we just focused on enjoying our trip, beautiful locations.

She is very much helpful she make Ower trip best trip ever just from the beginning when I contact sanchita for the first time she seemed really helpful and diligent moreover during the trip she was in daily contact with us just to be sure that everything was going well and to reply Ower doubt and questions .the hotel was much better then the expected .I am really satisfied with thank you for making us live this wonderful experience .

Trip was good.But few things needs to be sorted before journey so that trip may have became excellent. Team supported through out the journey.
