We had booked to Maldives through trip factory. They had suggested fun island resort with food ,fight andtransfers. The trip.was very memorable.we liked all the services provided .I would definitely recommend trip factory for my friends

The trip was arranged very well by Trip factory.. Their correspondents were very helpful and was reachable and took action when required. Overall the trip was awesome. Some minor issues I can point out as improvements -
1) The hotel could have been better although it was not all that bad.
2) Day trip for city tour included places which were different from what was mentioned in itinerary..
3) There was a confusion for the airport drop on the return . I think since the flight was midnight, the dates got messed up. But I must say the tripfactory members were reachable even late night and were very helpful in arranging the cab at the last moment

Trip factory service is awesome. They were genuine with their options and gave what is committed. Liked their service & especially the executive Jyothi who assisted us for choosing our holiday was very cordial and accommodative to give options and make changes in options etc.

Everything was good. Cab drivers were there on time. We don't need to wait anywhere. Telegram support was available everytime. So we don't face any major issue. Only one thing was that in Bangkok for sea life ocean world and madam tussads, timing was till 2pm. That was very less time to cover both. Apart from that everything was good.

Would recommend all the fellow travellers to book through trip factory all pick ups and drops were done on time without any fail and as per itinerary and team was available 24 X 7 for any assistance. Could not have expected more from team.

Price wise this is economical compared to all other travel agencies. However, just like any other package trip, you have to face the issues with pickup and drop timings as such things will be planned according to agency's convenience and not for customer's.

Overall the trip was arranged wonderfully. The hotels arranged were good. Excellent support from the telegram group throughout the trip. Our travel manager, Mr.Sridhar had arranged everything seamlessly. We enjoyed our trip to Thailand very much. However a couple of point I need to mention here. The hotel at Bangkok, citrus sukumvit was far far better than the hotel glow Inn at Pattaya. Citrus allowed us an on arrival check in which was denied at glow Inn. The hotel management needs to look in to this policy or trip factory has to change to a very customer friendly hotel. Travelling to point to point on local auto are very costly. So keep your hotel near supermarkets, malls and the streets where delightful hygienic street food, so you can save on transport. Even the two-wheeler pillion riding options will also try to rob you.

Everything was awesome organized well guide Maxi Sir was extremely superb very cool person but one suggestion please inform prior that no entry fee is included we will have to take every were entry that's Lil disgusting

Our experience of Singapore trip for 4N/5D was excellent. Overall it was a well organized and structured itinerary. The contacts at Singapore especially Mr.Nathan was very helpful in rearranging the cab schedules as needed.

The interactions and response time by Tripfactory team during the initial planning phase could be improved a bit expecially in case of change of flights or dates. It would be better if sufficient time is allocated for Gardens by the bay and Marina Bay Sands visit as it cannot be completed in 3 hrs. Overall a great experience filled with good memories.

the xperience with trip factory is a good one and there were no issues because of their planning and co-ordination.

The experience with Macao and Venetian was exceptional!
Harbour plaza 8 degrees was a big let down, they are a disaster!.
DO NOT suggest this ploace to people who have stayed at Macao venetian!
the place is cheap.
they don't even give you soaps and shampoos in the room
they have a soap and shampoo dispenser fixed to wall( like in rest rooms)
that's the quality of their hospitality ,the room as such is as big as Venetian's bath room !
they don't refill the breakfast buffet !
most of the food is Chinese inclined and Chinese friendly
and apart from Disney Hong Kong there is nothing much you would want to see in hongkong
waterworld/park is use less apart from cable car ride.
worderla s of India and any theme parks of Delhi are much better.
dont waste time on hongkong 2 days is more than adequate.
food is exhorbitant, water out side costs 10 hkds 200ml.
go to singapore malaysia instead. honest advice

We had booked a holiday for 5 of our family for 6 days to Krabi & Phuket. The booking process was quite simple and met expectations. There was vehicle waiting for us at Phuket and to travel to Krabi. Our experience at Krabi was satisfactory and met expectations. Staff were good enough to help us get some vegetarian food for lunch wherever prebooked and part of package.
Overall the package as committed was delivered by Trip factory and met our expectations. Good Job

One feedback for Trip factory would be to inform the local tour co-ordinators about importance of time. Inspite of confirming the time, we had to wait for about 40 minutes for 2 days (early mornings) and the reasons cited with silly
