Dear Sir Greeting's! First of all i extend my sorry for this delayed feedback.
The Trip was such a amazing one for me. Every minute went enjoyed.
+ Perfectly planned with proper guidance. Proper pickup, drop & nice accommodation. Mr.Avinsh explained very patiently No cheating in anywhere in whole trip
- Didn't instruct about the on arrival visa clear procedures. Getting frustrated in Bangkok airport visa clearance. It takes 4hours. Same menu repeated in breakfast No change of bedspreads Far from city. So, every time it takes to reach the city by half an hour. Local guides didn't give proper instruction, even the driver's, guide didn't understand english language also.
But overall Worth for my money. Thanks to Mr.Avinash & entire Tripfactory team.
One word review "Superb" . Thank you trip factory for giving us this kind of service. All hotels are very good. All coordinator are very helpful. It is memorable experience for us. Trip factory will be our 1st choice if we plan any trip in future.

Overall Andaman Trip experience with Green Ocean office executives at Havelock: Average
Reason: Once the Green Ocean1 Ferry (Havelock-PortBlair 9.30 AM) got cancelled due to technical issues, Green Ocean office executives at Havelock try to arrange alternative Govt Ferry only for some preferred group of travelers. After seeing the things are not fine, we need to rush to the Govt Ferry ticket booking counter to get ticket reservation (similar to IRCTC train reservation counter); luckily we got the govt Ferry tickets just a few minutes before the departure of Govt Ferry.
Total mismanagement and Nonprofessional behavior by Green Ocean office executives at Havelock.
Room for Improvement:
1) Timing/Schedule of each day plan was provided in detail just few hours on each day/end of previous day. Schedule of each day Trip should have been provided early to plan each day properly.
2) Light and Music show reservation should be done in the second slot 7 PM - 8 PM for those reach in Port Blair Airport at 3.15 Bangalore- Port Blair flight
Guests/tourists were taken directly from Port Blair Airport at 3.15 PM and make them to complete cellular jail visit by 5 pm (close time) and wait for 1 hour for Light & sound show (first slot 6 PM - 7 PM) without even allowing guests to fresh up/check-in at the Hotel at first. After some discussions(raising concern/voice),the Dream Holiday(travel operator) at Port Blair agreed to drop/pickup at Hotel by additionally charging for the taxi. Note that the Hotel is not far - within 3.5 km from cellular jail .Otherwise, Trip factory should have provided detailed itenary mentioning that Guests/tourists will be directly taken for the cellular jail Light and sound show and once it is completed will be transferred for the Hotel check-in.
3) Blue Bird Resort at Havelock didn't provide Extra Bed, though it was mentioned in the Trip factory Itenary.Since the Dream Holiday (travel operator)/Trip factory definitely knows that Blue Bird Resort provides only extra mattress(instead of Bed), it can be clearly mentioned in the itenary -"Only Mattress will be provided"a
The only negative point that i can think about-No info on terminal as it was Goairs first international flight on the ticket.The other very big mistake was in the baggage allowance -instead of 20kgs the allowance was put as 30kgs,leading to a lot of problems at the time of checking-in
