- Only 2 adults are permitted in the water bungalow.
- The standard check-in time is 13:00 hrs of the arrival date while the check-out time is 12:00 of the departure date
- Maximum occupancy per room 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child (Under 12 Years).
- Minimum stay of 7 nights required for stays between 24th December and 10th January.
- Any new taxes by the Government of Maldives resulting in additional cost will have to be borne by the traveler
- Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 24 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Cancellations within 24 to 18 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total will be charged.
- Cancellations within 17 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- No shows and Early departure 100% of the entire stay will be charged
- Late Check Out until 15.00 hrs 30% of 01 days charge
- Late Check Out until 18.00 hrs 50% of 01 days charge
- Late Check Out after 18.00 hrs 100% of 01 days charge
