About the tour
Shillong was the capital of Assam, but after the state was split into Assam and Meghalya, it became the first capital of the newly formed State of Meghalaya. Located in undulating pine covered hills, the city has a milder climate than tropical India. Home to several waterfalls, it is also known as the Scotland of the East.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Guwahati Airport And Transfer To Shillong
Arrive at Guwahati and transfer to Shillong. Transfer to hotel on arrival. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 2: Excursion To Cherrapunjee And Back
Early morning drive to Cherrapunjee. Enrooted we visit Shillong Peak, Elephanta Falls. On arrival we visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mousamai cave, Ramakrishna Mission. Return to Shillong in the evening overnight stay at hotel
Day 3: Shillong Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for City tour visit Cathedral Church, Ward’s Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Don Bossco Museum, Butterfly Park and Umiam Lake after visit back to hotel overnight stay at hotel
Day 4: Departure From Guwahati
After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati airport for onward destination. -Tour ends.

- The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once tour starts
- The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes/detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and security reason.

- please inform them that our office executive will be waiting for them at exit gate near enquiry counter.
