ExpandDay 1: New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Ixb Airport Later Transfer To Darjeeling
Arrive at New Jalpaiguri railway station / IXB airport later transfer to Darjeeling. Check-into your hotel and rest of the day free at leisure. Spend overnight at hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 2: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
- Witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Khangchendzongha at Tiger Hill in early morning (subject to weather condition) to thrill
- yourself by visiting World famous Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on your way back. After a sumptuous breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Center (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda. In evening explore the Mall on your
- own and shop around. Spend overnight at hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling To Gangtok
After a delightful breakfast drive to Gangtok. Check-into your hotel. Afternoon visit RankaMonastery, Banjhakri Falls, Dro-DulChorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower show and Handicraft Center. Evening free at leisure or you can enjoy shopping by own. Spend overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing
- After a sumptuous breakfast visit Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
- which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Spend overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 5: Gangtok To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station /ixb Airport
Morning is free for your packing and personal activities. After a breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station / IXB airport for your onward journey.
