Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Airport And Transfer To Darjeeling
Meet and greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station / Bagdogra airport and transfer to Darjeeling is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Evening free to explore this Hill Queen. Overnight halt at Darjeeling.
Day 2: Sightseeing Of Darjeeling
Early Morning at visit Tiger Hill famous for sunrise over Mount Kanchendzonga, on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park(closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view) and back to hotel for lunch. Overnight Halt at Darjeeling.
Day 3: Darjeeling To Gangtok
Morning transfer to Gangtok via Peshok Tea gardens along the river Teesta. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok Sightseeing
After breakfast excursion trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Overnight stay in the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 5: Gangtok To Lachung
After breakfast drive to Lachung for about 6 hours. Enroute visit Singhik view point, Seven sisters water falls, Naga water falls. Stop on way for lunch. Reach Lachung by evening. Dinner at hotel. Overnight halt at Lachung hotel.
Day 6: Lachung To Gangtok
After breakfast departure for the Gangtok enroute witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema and Twin Falls. On arrival at check into your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 7: Lachung - Yumthang Excursion - Gangtok (About 125kms/6 Hrs)
Early Morning visit Yumthang - Valley (known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of the yaks & winter playgrounds of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. After lunch drive to Gangtok enroute witness the Beautification of the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls. Overnight Halt in Gangtok.
Day 8: Gangtok-pelling (About 125 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Transfer to Pelling. One can enjoy the spectacular Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling. Overnight Halt at Pelling.
Day 9: Sightseeing Of Pelling
After breakfast start for full day sightseeing which includes Pemayangtse Monastery, Rimbi Falls and Kanchendzonga falls, Khecheopalri Lake. Overnight Halt at Pelling.
