About the tour
Gangtok is a cosmopolitan town which offers the tourist all possible amenities. Wreathed in clouds, Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim is located on a ridge at a height of 5500 feet. With a spectacular view of the Khangchendzonga, the town provides the perfect base for travel through the state. Sikkim is famous for its fruit processing and tea aside from the local handicraft. Passion fruit Squash, Alpine Cheese, Temi Tea and Maha Gurudev Tea are some of the local products.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Bagrdogra And Transfer To Gangtok
On arrival Bagdogra airport and transfer to Gangtok. The Capital city of Sikkim”. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening enjoy the beauty of Gangtok from M.G marg and nearby areas. Overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 2: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake And Baba Mandir
Enjoy a warm breakfast at the hotel and proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet. The lake derives its waters from melting snows off the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lake’s waters. Also visit Baba Mandir (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing). Rest overnight stay at hotel in Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok City Tour
After breakfast proceed for a city tour by visiting Banzakhri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Dro-dul Chorten and Institute of Tibetology (maximum 3-4 hours). Evening free for shopping and other activity. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 4: Gangtok To Temi Tea Garden
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and drive to Temi tea garden ( largest organic tea garden in Sikkim ). Temi tea garden is the only tea garden, where one can enjoy the snow capped Kanchenjunga (worlds 3rd highest peak ) sitting in the lap of green tea garden. On arrival check into the Cherry tea resort. After enjoy breathtaking mountain view by a nature walk through beautiful serene tea garden and chat with locals tea leaf plucker. The pristine beauty of Temi tea garden will surely mesmerize you. Overnight stay in Temi tea resort (Cherry resort ).
Day 5: Departure To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/ Bagrdogra Airport
Enjoy a early breakfast and transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Bagrdogra airport for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Royal Gangtok and Pristine nature of Temi tea garden .
