Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrival At Kathmandu
- Meeting at airport upon arrival by Office Personnel. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom.
- After arrival you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 02 : Sightseeing Tour Of Kathmandu
Vehicle on disposal from 09 AM till 08 PM.Overnight stay at kathmandu
Day 03 : Departure From Kathmandu
Vehicle on disposal from 09 AM till the time of departure. You will be transferred to the airport in time to board your flight for onward journey.

Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc. Any tips to drivers, hotel staff, any meals apart from the ones mentioned above. Any other tax or service charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra & need to borne by you.
Terms and Conditions
Expand- All tax, Toll tax and Parking charges would be borne by passenger as per actual. Payable directly
- Time/Kms calculated from and till our nearest garage from where the car is booked.• If car is released at or after 10 pm, drivers allowance Rs.300 is applicable for Local and Rs.400 for outstation use.
- Booking with pick-up or drop timing between 12 midnight to 5.00 am would attract drivers allowance Rs.400 for all booking.
- If car booking for outstation is used for Kathmandu local as well, then both outstations as well as local charges are applicable.
- For outstation trips the vehicle rates charged will be point to point. Chauffeurs outstation allowance Rs.400 is applicable on per calendar day.
- If car breaks down while in use, alternate vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.
- Switching the air-conditioned on in parking is prohibited as it is harmful for cars engine.
- Passengers are responsible for their own valuables. Company will not be responsible for any loss of valuable in car.
