About the tour
Sri Lanka is a green, fertile tropical island with palm-fringed beaches, misty mountains and significant archaeology. Dotted with UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the tear-drop shaped island of Sri Lanka has verdant jungle, ancient Buddhist temples, an average of eight hours sunshine a day and superb tea, ideally sipped in a colonial-style guesthouse overlooking a hillside plantation. Fringing the coasts is an array of gently arcing golden-sand beaches.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Kandy
- Arrive in Sri Lanka. You will be met by our representative and transferred to kandy.
- En route visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage.
- Check in to the hotel.
- Evening view a cultural show featuring various dance types of Sri Lanka.
- Overnight stay at Kandy.
Day 2: Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast commence a city tour of Kandy, including visit to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and the royal botanical gardens in Peradeniya.
- On completion transfer to Nuwara Eliya & en route visit a tea estate and a plantation.
- Afternoon commence sightseeing Nuwara Eliya and visit Sitha amman Kovil.
- Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 3: Colombo
- After breakfast proceed to Colombo and commence half a day city tour in Colombo including shopping.
- Overnight stay at Colombo.
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast transfer to the airport to connect the departure flight.

- • International Check in time is 1400 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- • Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges.
- • No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
- • All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
- • Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on whether conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
- • Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
- • As a practice all international hotels take a security deposit at the time of check-in. The amount is generally blocked on the client’s credit card or they can pay cash to the hotel. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks.
