Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive At Cochin And Transfer To Munnar
Arrival at Cochin Airport/railway station. Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Munnar. En-route enjoy the scenic beauty of tea plantations. Check in to the hotel. Later if time permits proceed for a short sightseeing tour of Munnar. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 2: Sightseeing Of Munnar
After breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing tour covering Eravikulam National Park, Echo Point and Mattupetty Dam. Later go for an optional boat ride at Mattupetty Dam. Evening shopping at Munnar town and return to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Munnar To Thekkady
After breakfast check out of the hotel and transfer to Thekkady, one of the picturising highways of south India. Arrive at Thekkady and visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary where you can see wild elephant, boar, deer, the great Indian tiger and more. Then proceed to check into hotel at Thekkady. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4: Thekkady To Alleppey
After breakfast transfer to Alleppey and check into the houseboat. Later proceed for a cruise through the backwaters and enjoy the beauty of Paddy fields and backwaters. Lunch, dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.
Day 5: Alleppey To Kovalam
After breakfast proceed to Kovalam. Check into hotel at Kovalam. Day free for leisure on beach. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6: Sightseeing Of Kovalam
After breakfast proceed To Kanyakumari. On the way visit Padmanabha palace. Reach Kanyakumari and visit Vivekananda Memorial. Then return to hotel at Kovalam for overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure
After breakfast transfer to Trivandrum or Cochin airport / railway station for departure, back to home with beautiful memories of God's Own Country.
