- Names provided at the time of Confirmation should match exactly as in Passport
- Passport Should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of return travel
- Reservation is subject to availability and Rates are subject to change
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel/resort.
- Extra night charges differ based on number of guests staying and date of travel
- Christmas Gala dinner on 24th Dec & New Year Gala dinner on 31st Dec Supplement charges would be applicable
- Seaplane transfers will be arranged by the Resort where the Contract Partner must book all seaplane transfers through the Resort.
- Baggage allowance for seaplane is 20kg and 5kg hand luggage per person
- Travel details must be received by the Resort 7 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee a transfer
- Seaplane transfer to the Resort is available on only during daylight hours (06:00hrs to 16:00hrs)
- Guests arriving after that will require an overnight stay before they can be transferred to the island the next morning
- Booking accommodation for the first night in such cases is at the discretion of the guest at an extra cost
- Last seaplane transfer from the Resort is at 16:00 hrs
- Cancellation Within 15 to 21 days prior to client?s arrival 35% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Cancellation Within 7 to 15 days prior to client?s arrival 60% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Cancellation Within 3 to 7 days prior to client?s arrival 85% of total cost for the stay will be charged
- Cancellation Less than 3 days No Shows full cost for the stay will be charged
- No Show and early departure full cost of the stay will be charged
