- All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Travelstall
- All cancellation acknowledgements have to be taken in writing from Travelstall
- There is no auto-release process
- If bookings are not cancelled within cancellation deadline booking will continue to remain live with Travelstall
- Cancellations received within 38 -29 days prior to arrival 25% of the invoice will be charged
- Cancellations received within 28-22 days prior to arrival 50% of the invoice will be charged
- Cancellations received within 21-15 days prior to arrival 75% of the invoice will be charged
- Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the invoice will be charged
- No shows and early departures 100% of the total invoice will be charged
- Subject to presenting copy of either wedding certificate, invitation card or reasonable proof of marriage
- Government service tax 3.09 % will be applicable
