- All cancellation acknowledgements have to be taken in writing from Travelstall

- If bookings are not cancelled within cancellation deadline booking will continue to remain LIVE with Travelstall.
- CANCELLATIONS received within 38 -29 days prior to to arrival- 25% of the invoice will be charged
- CANCELLATIONS received within 28-22 days prior to to arrival- 50% of the invoice will be charged
- CANCELLATIONS received within 21-15 days prior to to arrival- 75% of the invoice will be charged
- CANCELLATIONS received within 14 days prior to to arrival- 100% of the invoice will be charged
- No shows and early departures - 100% of the total invoice will be charged.
