Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive Gangtok
On arrival at New Jalpaguri Railway Station/ Bagdogra airport, you’ll be met by our representative and transfer to Gangtok (98 Km). Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Gangtok
Morning, after breakfast we’ll go for a day excursion to sacred high altitude Changu Lake (12400 Ft.) and Baba Mandir (Memorial of Baba Harbhajan Singh at 132000 Ft.)
Day 3: Gangtok To Lachung
Today, After breakfast we will drive to Lachung (122 Km) at an altitude of 8,600 ft. En route we’ll be visiting wonderful places like Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, the confluence of Lachen and Lachung at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. We will reach Lachung by late afternoon. Evening will be at leisure. Overnight at hotel/guesthouse.
Day 4: Lachung
After breakfast, we’ll leave for Yumthang valley excursion (The Ultimate Paradise) (24km). The famous Yumthang Valley at 11,800 ft is home to nearly 40 varieties of rhododendron flowers. On the way we pass the Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary and come across numerous waterfalls, streams, hot springs and nature’s vistas. Return to hotel by noon and afternoon visit Lachung Monastery. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Lachung To Gangtok
Today after lunch we will leave for Gangtok (122 Km). Arrive Gangtok and check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Gangtok To Darjeeling
In Gangtok we will live for morning trip in and around the capital. We will be visiting – Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Dro–drul–Chorten (Stupa), Orchid Sanctuary. Afternoon, after lunch we’ll drive to Darjeeling (114 Km). Arrive Darjeeling and check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Darjeeling
Early morning we’ll drive to Tiger Hill to witness sun rise view. Return to Darjeeling by breakfast shortly stopping at Batasia view point. Later we will be visiting : The Himalayan Mountaineering, Everest Museum, The Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center Institute, Tenzing – Gombu Rock, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (for Tibetan Wolf, Snow Leopard and Red Panda), Tea Garden, Japanese Temple – Peace Pagoda. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Depart Darjeeling
Morning transfer to the New Jalpaguri Railway Station / Bagdogra airport.(98 Km)

Cost for service provided on a personal request. Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc. Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Cost Includes” head. Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly ON ARRIVAL. Difference in cost arising due to change in Fuel price (Calculation based on Petrol INR 78 per liter & Diesel INR 58 per liter) Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary. Difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - landslides, road blockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
