Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01: Arrive Calicut To Wayand
Arrival at Calicut Airport and drive to Wayanad, on arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay in Wayanad.
Day 02: Wayanad
After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Wayanad. Set at an altitude of 700 - 2100 m above sea level, Wayanad is one of the districts in Kerala that has been able to retain its pristine nature. The fast-flowing rivers - Panamaram, Mananthavady and Kabini add to the beauty of Wayanad. Sightseeing attractions in Wayanad include Pookoda Lake, Lakkadi, Edakkal Cave. Overnight stay in Resort.
Day 03: Wayanad
After breakfast proceed for the full day sightseeing includes Kuruva Island , Tholpetty Wild Sanctuary Return to hotel.Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Wayanad To Cochin
After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Cochin. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Fort Cochi. Walk & see the suspended Chinese fishing nets, which were introduced by traders from the court of Kublai Khan in the 14th century. Kochi fishermen still use these fishing nets to earn their livelihoods. Continue your stroll down to St Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. Next, see Santa Cruz Basilica, one the largest and most impressive churches in India. Finish your tour at Mattancherry Palace. It was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. The palace is famous for its stunning murals portraying scenes from Hindu tales, such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Next door is the Paradesi (also called Pardesi) Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in South India. Overnight in Cochin.
Day 05 : Cochin To Kovalam
Now, start driving towards Kovalam. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and stay overnight. Enjoy the beauty of Kovalam by strolling down on beaches. O/n stay at Kovalam .
Day 06 : In Kovalam
After breakfast visit Padmanabhapuram Palace & Archeological museum in Trivandrum. Return back to Kovalam by evening. Stay overnight at hotel..
Day 07 : Kovalam To Trivandrum Airport Drop.
Next morning, take your breakfast and head towards Trivandrum International airport for flying onwards.
