Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At Bagdogra/new Jalpaiguri Railway Station
On arrival, you will meet a representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Darjeeling. On reaching, check into your hotel, unpack and relax. Evening is leisure ,you roam around Mall (city center).Retire comfortably for the night stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 2: Explore Darjeeling
Early morning visit Tiger Hill to see a beautiful sunrise and capture the breathtaking sight of Kanchenjunga and Mount Everest etc. One can see the horizon changing colors just before sunrise and then the entire Himalayan range turns golden. Also visit Ghoom Monastery, the oldest monastery in the area which was built in 1875. Have a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel and proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mount Everest. Also visit Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock and Happy Valley Tea Estate (from outside).Retire comfortably for the overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 3: Transfer To Tinchuley
After breakfast transfer to Tinchuley through beautiful Senchal wildlife sanctuary .Tinchuley is a model Himalayan village with rich natural beauty. Evening is free for nature walk through beautiful forest trail. Retire comfortably for the night at the beautifully located cottage in Tinchuley.
Day 4: Explore The Beauty Of Himalayan Tinchuley.
Morning with spectacular sunrise from you cottage, with beautiful Mount Kanchejunga with Himalayan valley and Teesta river. Rest of the day explore the small Himalayan village your best, visit Tea garden and attractive places and watch different type Birds. Retire comfortably for the Overnight stay at Tinchuley.
Day 5: Deparrture To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station
Back to New Jalpaiguri Railway station with sweet memories of Darjeeling and tinchuley
