About the tour

Mainland Ernakulam is the hectic transport and cosmopolitan hub of Kochi, while the historical towns of Fort Cochin and Mattancherry, though well-touristed, remain wonderfully serene – thick with the smell of the past. Other islands, including Willingdon and Vypeen, are linked by a network of ferries and bridges.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrive Cochin
On arrival at Cochin airport transfer to the Hotel. Check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Fort Cochi. Walk and see the suspended Chinese fishing nets, which were introduced by traders from the court of Kublai Khan in the 14th century. Kochi fishermen still use these fishing nets to earn their livelihoods. Continue your stroll down to St Francis Church, the oldest European church in India. Next, see Santa Cruz Basilica, one the largest and most impressive churches in India. Finish your tour at Mattancherry Palace. It was built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi in 1555. The palace is famous for its stunning murals portraying scenes from Hindu tales, such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Next door is the Paradesi (also called Pardesi) Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in South India. Overnight in Cochin.
Day 02 : Cochin To Munnar
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Munnar (140 km – 04 hours drive), on arrival check into the hotel. Spend the day at leisure. Overnight in Munnar.
Day 03 : Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing includes Photo point, Mattupetty Dam ( Optional Boat ride), Echo point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here), Shooting point , Kundale Lake. On second half visit Visiting Tea Museum ( Monday Closed ), Blossom park. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 04 : Munnar To Thekkady (Periyar)
After breakfast transfer to Thekkady. On arrival check into the hotel, Rest of the day free for own activities. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 : Thekkady To Alleppy ( House Boat )
Morning Transfer to House Boat Point Check in at houseboat. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters, seen in breathing green, the village slumbers by the Vembanadu Lake, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and overnight stay in the House Boat.
Day 06 : Alleppy To Kovalam
Now, start driving towards Kovalam. Enjoy the beauty of Kovalam by strolling down on beaches check into the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 07 : Kovalam Sightseeing
After breakfast visit Padmanabhapuram Palace and Archeological museum. Return back to Kovalam by evening. Stay overnight at hotel.
Day 08 : Kovalam To Trivandrum Airport Drop
Next morning, take your breakfast and head towards Trivandrum International airport for flying onwards.

- In Thekkady maximum Properties are Non – A/c. A/c will be provided on request and on up gradation basis. As per availability & On extra cost.
- In House Boats
- Check in - 12:00Noon. Check Out - 09:00 A.M..
- A/c will be operated from 09:00 P.M to 06:00 A.M.
- In case A/c does not function during Night due to unforeseen reason, Non A/c charge will be applicable
- Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then the best similar category will be provided
- The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once tour starts necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and security reason.
