About the tour
This is a short break itinerary that allows guests a quick glimpse into three most visited destinations of Kashmir i.e. Srinagar (Lakes, Houseboats), Gulmarg (Himalayan views) and Pahalgam (Riverside himalayan beauty).

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Srinagar - Pahalgam Via Martrand
Arrive at Srinagar and proceed to Pahalgam (100 kms - 4 hrs - 7000+ ft asl). Enroute visit Matrand Sun Temple. On arrival time permitting walk around the area to local markets.
Day 2: Pahalgam Sightseeing
Undertake sightseeing around Pahalgam to spots like Baisaran, Tulian Lake, Chandanwari (16 kms - 8000+ ft asl - close range views) where you can find snow even in summer, Betaab Valley and Aru Valley etc.
Day 3: Walking / Trekking / Rafting Around Pahalgam
Enjoy white water rafting (possible in Summer) OR walk around the riverside or undertake day trek. Back by late evening.
Day 4: Pahalgam - Srinagar Enroute Visit Avantipur Ruins.
Transfer to Srinagar (100 kms - 4 hours). Enroute visit Avantipur ruins. Visit Dal Lake and enjoy the Shikara ride in the evening. Time permitting visit local markets.
Day 5: Sightseeing In Srinagar
Day sightseeing in Srinagar visiting Mughal Gardens (Chesmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar), Jama Masjid, Shankaracharya Temple, Hari Parbat etc.
Day 6: Gulmarg Day Excursion
Full day excursion to Gulmarg (50 kms - 1.5 hrs one-way). Go for famous Gondola Ride (Cable Car. Online booking in advance is recommended), Asia's highest and longest cable car. Its a two-stage rope-way. The first stage transfers from Gulmarg to Kongdoori Station. The second stage takes skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft). The timing of the gondola is 10 AM to 5 PM (It's highly dependent upon the weather at both stages).
Day 7: Departure
Depart for the onward journey.

Expand- 3.09% Govt service tax is chargeable extra. Additional Kms above 700 kms would be charged @ Rs.7 per km payable direct at the end of the trip. Any extra meals at the hotels. Environmental Fees and Innerline Permits (to be paid directly). Any extra sightseeing that is not mentioned in the tour program. Any personal expenses like, bar bills, telephone bills, tips, beverages, medical / travel insurance, still/video camera fee, costs or any other cost not included above.
