Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrival At Varanasi Airport/ Railway Station
Arrival at Varanasi Airport / Railway Station. Transfer to Hotel. After lunch at 15:00 hrs you will be taken for an excursion to Sarnath. Sarnath is the place where Buddha delivered his first sermon to his disciples. The attractions at Sarnath are the Buddha temples, the Dhamekha stupa, Chaukhandi stupa and the archaeological museum.
Day 02 : Varanasi Sightseeing
- Early morning at 04:30 hrs, you will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges. It is a mystical and spiritual experience as you watch people offering water to the Sun God and devotees taking holy dip in the Ganges. After boat ride walking tour is arranged covering the Vishwanath temple and come back at hotel around 07:30 hrs. After breakfast at 09:30 hrs by smaller vehicle you will be taken for city tour covering the Bharat Mata temple, Banaras Hindu University, Durga temple etc. and visit silk weaving center as Varanasi being the cultural capital of India is worldwide famous for its very old Culture, Temples and Silk Brocades. Relax in the Evening. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi. Early morning at 04:30 hrs, you will be taken for a boat ride on the Ganges.
