About the tour
Munnar is located in the Idukki district of Kerala. It is by far one of the most important hill stations in south India. Situated on the banks of the Nallathanni Muthirappuzha and Kundaly rivers Munnar rightly gets its name from the Tamil words Munnu meaning Three and Aaru meaning River. Covering an area of 557 km sq this mesmerizing hill resort is one of the major causes behind the successful tourism in Kerala.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01 : Arrival Cochin To Munnar ( 140 Kms / 4 Hrs )
On Arrival pick up from Cochin airport ,Thereafter drive towards Munnar. On arrival, check into the hotel and take rest. Enjoy the picturesque landscape of Munnar. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02 : Munnar
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing includes Photo point, Mattupetty Dam ( Optional Boat ride) ,Echo point (The natural Echo phenomenon is always happening here), Shooting point , Kundale Lake. On second half visit Visiting Tea Museum ( Monday Closed ),Blossom park Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 03 : Munnar To Thekkady (Periyar) ( 120 Kms / 04 Hrs )
After breakfast start driving towards Periyar. Upon arrival, check into the hotel , Rest of the day free for own activities , Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : Thekkady To Kumarakom
After having breakfast, start driving towards Kumarakom. On arrival, check into the popular backwater resort , rest of the evening enjoy into the resort , Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 : Kumarakom To Alleppy ( House Boat )
Morning Transfer to House Boat Point Check in at houseboat. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters , seen in breathing green, the village slumbers by the Vembanadu Lake , Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and Overnight stay in the House Boat.
Day 06 : Alleppy ( House Boat) To Cochin Airport Drop.
Next morning, take your breakfast and Packing , Thereafter departure transfer To Cochin Airport

- In Thekkady maximum Properties are Non – A/c. A/c will be provided on request and on up gradation basis. As per availability & On extra cost.
- In House Boats
- Check in - 12:00Noon. Check Out - 09:00 A.M..
- A/c will be operated from 09:00 P.M to 06:00 A.M.
- In case A/c does not function during Night due to unforeseen reason, Non A/c charge will be applicable
- Suggested hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the same is not available, then the best similar category will be provided
- The tour cost is not refundable at any cause, once tour starts necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band and security reason.
