This tour company has been operating since 1990 and specializes in tours showing the city through the Jewish life and heritage in Budapest. All of their guides are from the Jewish community and speak excellent English. The Special City Tour is by coach lasting 3 hours with stops and adds the focus of the Jewish connections with the usual history. The Jewish Heritage Tour is 3 hours as a combined coach and walking tour taking you to Buda's extraordinary Jewish landmarks followed by a walk in Pest's Jewish quarter where you visit and enter all the highlights and the hidden treasures. Each of the tours runs 9,250 Ft ($50/£26). The walking portion can be done separately at 6,500 Ft ($35/£19) per person. To combine both 3-hour tours over 2 days, the cost is 14,800 Ft ($80/£42). For private tours for a minimum group of four, add 1,850 Ft ($10/£5.25) to the rates above per person. They also have a tour to Szentendre with Jewish sights pointed out.
