Ishq-e-Delhi is a sound and light show held at the Purana Qila (Old Fort) and is an audio-visual treat. The show traces the history of Delhi right from the time when Delhi was the ancient city of Indiraprastha, following its journey as the city was ruled by different dynasties such as the Delhi Sultanate, the Slave Dynasty, the Khilji's, the Lodhi's, the Mughals and then finally the British. The show lays emphasis on how Delhi is one the most ancient and oldest inhabited cities in the world, while also being India's longest serving capital. The show is in both Hindi and English.
