Form the pier next to the cenvention center neat the old city speedboats depart for the 40 km long trip to the Rosario Islands. Price is negociatble but be sure what you get for the price. Be sure not to be on one of the slow boats, it is nicer to be on a fast one then on the "old steamer". With a supplement you can have fresh lobster as luch which I recommend. It is possible to include snorkling but you need te be a fair good swimmer there is a lot of tide but the coral reefs are AMAZING at least the parts that have not been destroyed by "fishing with dynamite". I recommend to do this in a daytrip to leave as soon as possible and return for the evening to Cartagena.
