About the tour

Alwar was a part of 'Matsya Desh', most of it around 1500 BC was included in the territory of Matsya. It is believed that the legendary Pandavs, the heroes of Mahabharta, spent the last year of their thirteen years of exile over here in the city of Viratnagar. Alwar has a very turbulent history due to its strategically important location.

Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi To Alwar

Upon arrival at Delhi airport or railway station, transfer to Alwar. After few hours reach Alwar and check into the hotel. In the evening free time to leisure. Overnight stay at Alwar.

Day 2: Alwar Sightseeing

After morning breakfast, you go for a city tour to see the ancient city of Rajasthan. Visit Bala Quila, City Palace, Moosi Maharani Chhatri, Vijai Mandir Palace, Jal Samand Palace, Karni and Karni Mata Temple. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Alwar.

Day 3: Departure From Alwar

After breakfast, check out from hotel and depart to Delhi airport or railway station to board train to your home destination.
