Day 01: Guwahati – Bhalukpong (250 Kms / 5 Hrs Drive)

  • Arrive Guwahati Airport / Railway Station. Your tour begins in the beautiful North East! Our local office representative shall meet & greet you at airport/ station & you shall be transferred to Bhalukpong. Located in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, it is popular among tourists because of the scenic views and abundant natural beauty that it provides, and because of its location, away from the mainland. Bhalukpong serves as an exotic getaway. You can take a walk down the riverside, as the Kameng river flows along the town’s perimeter. Angling is a popular option here, as many fishing enthusiasts can be seen in the area. You can also camp out in Bhalukpong and go Hiking, as these are also popular options among things to do in Bhalukpong.
  • On arrival check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong

Day 02: Bhalukpong – Dirang (185 Kms / 6 1/2 Hours Drive)

  • Morning after breakfast drive to Dirang. Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre – Arunachal Pradesh is known for its rich orchid flora and has more than 500 species of orchids. Check in Hotel on arrival at Dirang - north eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh boasts of picturesque natural beauties with snow wrapped mountains, roaring rivers, lush green valleys and its huge collection of flora and fauna. It is very popular for its hot water springs, sheep rearing farms and apple orchards. The hot water springs are considered holy by some who travel to them for a dip.
  • Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 03: Dirang –tawang (155 Kms/ 6 Hrs Drive)

  • Morning after breakfast drive to Tawang. Enroute witness the snow capped Sella Pass at 14000 ft it is the second highest motorable road in India. and the Jaswant Garh Memorial. Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee -Posthumous) of 4th Batallion Garhwal Rifles, fought a lone battle against the invading Chinese during the 1962 war. His spirit is still believed to protect the place.
  • Check in Hotel on arrival at Tawang - The beautiful land of the Monpa tribes with the “Galden Namgyel Lhatse” Monestary - one of the largest Lamaseries of Mahayana sect in Asia . The birth place of the 6th Dalai Lama, the Monastery is 400 year old and is adorned with the 18 feet high statue of Lord Buddha. ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountains’ at 3500 mts gives you unparallel purity of nature. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 04: Tawang

  • Morning after breakfast, visit the Monastery - The Tawang Monastery stands on the start of a hill, about 10,000 ft above sea level and has ravines in the south and west, narrow ridge on the north and a gradual slope on the east.
  • It offers an imposing and picturesque view of the Tawang-Chu valley. The monastery appears like a fort from a distance, as if guarding the admirers in the wide valley below. Also visit the WAR MEMORIAL - a 40 foot high multi-hued memorial, has a structure constructed in stupa design. Dedicated to the martyrs of Sino-India War held in 1962, this memorial is nestled among beautiful peaks, which overlooks the Tawang-Chu valley. Popularly known as Namgyal Chorten, the memorial has names of 2,420 dead soldiers.
  • Evening free for shopping. Overnight stay at Tawang

Day 05: Tawang – Bomdila (180 Kms / 6 Hours)

  • Morning after breakfast drive back to Bomdila - Hooked in the amongst the mighty mountainous ranges of Himalaya, Bomdila in Arunachal Pradesh is a mini paradise, with its Apple orchards, Buddhist gomphas and a magnificient view of the Kameng Valley.
  • On Arrival check into the hotel Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Bomdila.

Day 06: Bomdila - Guwahati (340 Kms / 9 Hrs)

Morning after Breakfast drive to Guwahati - the commercial capital city of the northeastern state of Assam. Formerly known as Pragjyotishpur (the City of Eastern Light). Fixed between the picturesque hills of the eastern flanks of the Himalayan mountain range, Guwahati houses the political capital of the state, Dispur. The gateway to the seven other northeastern states, also referred as seven sisters, Guwahati is a vital tourist base point, besides being an attraction in its own. On Arrival check into the Hotel.

Day 07: Guwahati

  • After breakfast visit Kamakhya Temple - Kamrup Kamakhya has been the seat of the powerful tantrik cult in India. Situated atop the Nilachal Hill in Guwahati, this temple is one of the 108 Shakti Peethas of the country. Rising to a modest height of 562 feet above the mighty river Brahmaputra, the hill on which the temple stands commands a magnificent view of the entire city
  • In time transfer to Guwahati airport / Railway station for onward destination.
