Munnar is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Sprawling tea plantations, picture-book towns, winding lanes and holiday facilities make this a popular resort town. Among the exotic flora found in the forests and grasslands here is the Neelakurinji. This flower which bathes the hills in blue once in every twelve years, will bloom next in 2018. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India, Anamudi, which towers over 2,695 m.

Day 01 : Arrival Kochi To Munnar
Arrival on Kochi airport, will meet our representative. Drive to Munnar, (150 kms, 4 hours) the famous hill station of Kerala. Check-in to hotel. Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 02 : In Munnar Sightseeing
Morning, sightseeing with visit to "Mattupetty Lake and Dam", "Echo Point", "Kundala Lake", "Blossom Garden", "Rajamalai", "Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary" famous for Nilagiri Tahr, “Tea Mueseum” and "Tea gardens". Overnight stay at Munnar.
Day 03 : To Periyar (Thekkady)
Morning check out from resort and drive through the scenic Western Ghats covered with spice plantations of cardamoms, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon and cloves to your wildlife reserve at Periyar. Check-in at hotel. Evening enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to see wild elephants. Optional visit, to Spice Market in the town. Overnight stay at Periyar.
Day 04: To Alappuzha / Kumarakom; Houseboat
Early Morning, check out from hotel and drive to Alappuzha / Kumarakom. Afternoon, check in to your floating houseboat (Kettuvallam), boat with bedroom and en-suite rest room for your comfort. Enjoy unlimited surfing on backwaters, sip a coconut, get disturbed by only the chirping of birds and occasional ripples in water and savor mouthwatering delicacies prepared in front of you by your kitchen crew. Overnight stay in houseboat.
Day 05 : Departure To Kochi
Morning, after breakfast, check out from houseboat at Alappzuha and move to Kochi sightseeing, with visit to "The Dutch Palace"- built by the Portuguese in 1555, Mattancherry Palace was presented to the Raja of Cochin – Veera Kerala Varma, "Jewish Synagogue"- Scrolls of the Old Testament and copper plates inscribed in Hebrew script are preserved here, "Jews Street", "St. Francis Church"- built in 1503, is the oldest European church in India and has great historical significance. The Portuguese explorer, Vasco da Gama, died in Kochi in 1524 his body was originally buried in this church, but after fourteen years his remains were removed to Lisbon, “Santa Cruz Basilica” – This Roman Catholic church has beautiful paintings on the ceiling, “Chinese fishing nets" and the "Indo-Portuguese Museum". Evening, transfer to Kochi airport or railway station.
