Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
Arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station / Bagdogra airport and transfer to Mirik Lake an excellent picturesque spot, nestled in forested hills at an altitude of 5800 feet It is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, orange orchards, cardamom plantations and tea estates enhance the surroundings here. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2: Mirik To Darjeeling
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling via Pashupati Market in Nepal India border (need extra vehicle to enter into the market, direct payment) one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Evening free to explore beautiful Darjeeling. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Explore Darjeeling
Early morning, visit Tiger Hills to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchanjunga Mountains, enroute visit the famous Ghoom Monastery and Batasia loop. Later visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Himalayan Zoo, Japanese Temple, Rock garden, Gangamaiya Park and the Tibetan Handicraft Centre, enroute you will have a spectacular view of the Darjeeling Tea Gardens.Those who are interested to visit Botanical Garden can go their own.Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 4: Leiusre Or Troy Train Ride
This day is a leisure to spend few quality time with your dear ones and explore famous Darjeeling mall and nearby areas or you may enjoy the heritage troy train ride. (if ticket booked from your side)
Day 5: Darjeeling To New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/bagdogra Airport
After having a breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Railway station or airport for onward journey with unforgettable memories of Darjeeling.
