Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01: New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra ( Ixb ) Airport – Gangtok (125 Kms / 04 Hrs.)
- On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, Meet & Greet by our office Executive, who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok.
- On arrival check-in to your hotel & Rest of the day free at leisure.
- Overnight at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 02: Gangtok (Trip To Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir)
- After breakfast, early morning (07:00 – 07:30 Hrs) start for half day excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is considered sacred by the local people & is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around.
- Next process further 12Kms to visit the Baba Harvajan Singh Temple depending upon the weather condition.
- Return to Hotel in the afternoon & evening free for shopping and own activities.
- Overnight at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 03: Gangtok –lachen (122 Kms / 06 Hrs)
- After breakfast pick up from hotel at Gangtok & drive to Lachen. Enroute visit Singhik View point (depends on weather condition), Seven Sisters Water Falls, Naga Water Falls.
- On arrival Check in your hotel.
- Overnight at Lachen Hotel.
Day 04: Excursion Thangu & Chopta – Lachung
- Early Morning visit Thangu & Chhopta Valley & Gurudongmar Lake.
- After lunch drive to Lachung.
- On arrival check in to the hotel.
- Overnight at Lachung Hotel.
Day 05: Lachung –yumthang Excursion (24 Km. & 11,800 Ft / Approx 1½ Hrs )
- Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (known as Valley of Flowers).
- On the way back visit Sulpher Hot Spring & Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary.
- After Lunch visit local Lachung village & villagers for their day-to-day lifestyle & Lachung Monestry.
- Overnight at Lachung Hotel.
Day 06: Lachung- Gangtok (117kms/06 Hrs)
- After breakfast check of the Hotel & proceed to Gangtok, en route witness the wonderful Bheema & Twin waterfalls.
- On arrival to Gangtok check in to Hotel.
- Evening free for shopping & own activities.
- Overnight at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 07: Gangtok Local Sightseeing - Pelling (132 Kms / 05 Hrs)
- After breakfast visit Gangtok city tour covering Rumtek Monastery or Bonjhakri Falls, Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday), Dro-dul-Chorten, Flower Exhibition centre, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom.
- After lunch drive to Pelling (6800 ft. / 132 KM).
- On arrival check-in to your hotel.
- Overnight at Pelling Hotel.
Day 08: Pelling Sightseeing
- After breakfast at 9 am start for local sightseeing tour covering Rimbi Falls, Khangchendzonga falls, Khachoedpalri Wish Lake.
- Afternoon visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Palace of Ruins, Rabdantse View Point, Helipad Ground.
- Overnight at Pelling Hotel.
Day 09: Pelling – Njp Railway Station /bagdogra (Ixb) Airport (140 Kms/05 Hrs. )
After breakfast check out from hotel in time and take the departure transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
