Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 01: Njp Railway Station / Bagdogra (Ixb) Airport – Gangtok (About 125 Kms / 04 Hrs. Drive)
- On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, Meet & Greet by our office Executive, who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok.
- On arrival check-in to your hotel & Rest of the day free at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 02: Gangtok (Trip To Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir)
- After breakfast, early morning (07:00 – 07:30 Hrs) start for half day excursion to Tshangu Lake - situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is considered sacred by the local people & is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around.
- Next process further 12Kms to visit the Baba Harvajan Singh Temple depending upon the weather condition.
- Return to Hotel in the afternoon & evening free for shopping and own activities.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok Hotel.
Day 03: Gangtok Local Sightseeing - Pelling (132 Kms / 05 Hrs)
- After breakfast visit Gangtok city tour covering Bonjhakri Falls, Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday), Dro-dul-Chorten, Flower Exhibition centre, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom.
- After lunch drive to Pelling (6800 ft. / 132 KM).
- On arrival check-in to your hotel.
- Overnight stay at Pelling Hotel.
Day 04: Pelling Sightseeing
- Afternoon visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Palace of Ruins, Rabdantse View Point, Helipad Ground.
- Overnight stay at Pelling Hotel.
Day 05: Pelling - Darjeeling (118 Kms /4½ Hrs)
- After Breakfast check out from Hotel & transfer to Darjeeling.
- Check-in to your hotel & afternoon free for own activities.
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.
Day 06: Darjeeling Sightseeing
- Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop.
- After breakfast enjoy a half day city tour covering Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple.
- Evening free for shopping.
- Overnight stay at Darjeeling Hotel.
Day 07: Darjeeling – Njp Railway Station /bagdogra (Ixb) Airport (100 Kms / 03 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel in time and take the departure transfer to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
