The list of Kerala delights is small, but the food at Ammini will leave you happy and contented. Start with fluffy idlis, Paniyarappams or the Addai Dosa with an assortment of chutneys, Coconut with Green Chilli Chutney, Red Chilli Coconut Chutney or the Ulli Chamandi (a spicy onion chutney) and the Molaga Podi (dry powder served with ghee).
