Bar Sanctuary. This is a four storey bar with areas for dancing, pool, darts, karaoke, and just chillin`. The name recently changed but everyone still calls it by the old name. It is just off of Shimotori and behind the Taigeki (Bowling Alley) Building. City Hall is also very close. They used to stay open until 10AM but I think they recently changed it to 4AM.
